Q. how long will the project take to complete?

A. Project length is normally determined by the size, pitch, existing quality, and complexity of your roof. With that being said, typical re-roof projects will be complete in a day or two.

Q. Does Horizon work with roof insurance Claims?

A. Horizon is happy to work with your home insurance provider and adjuster, on any insurance claims you may have on your roof.

Q. What is the Turnaround time for a quote or estimate?

A. Once we receive your call or email, we will stop by your home within 1-2 days to measure and inspect the current shape of your roof. You can expect to receive your estimate later that same day. Estimates are based on the work required after assessing the exterior portions of the roof. If we find there are underlying issues after removing shingles, there may be more work required. We will always communicate any additional work and charges, prior to performing the work.

Q. What warranties do you provide?

A. We provide a 10 year warranty on our workmanship, while a variety of product warranties are provided by the material manufacturers.

Q. Is roofing the only service you provide?

A. At Horizon we are well connected within the home building and construction industry, and we have years of experience in different aspects of construction. If you are interested in having work done on other aspects of your home, we would love to sit down and discuss your options. We may be able to offer you that service ourselves, and if we don’t offer that particular service, there is a good chance we can point you in the right direction.
